By accessing or using US Peptides Rx — our website, intake, and member services — you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the service. These terms work together with our Privacy Policy and Telehealth Informed Consent.

The content on our site is for general educational purposes and is not medical advice. It does not create a physician-patient relationship. A physician-patient relationship begins only when a licensed physician reviews your intake and chooses to evaluate or treat you. To use the service you must be of legal age in your state, located in a state where we operate, and able to enter a binding agreement. The service is intended for personal use by the individual completing the intake. You may not use the service on behalf of another person or resell, redistribute, or share any therapy provided to you.

You are responsible for the accuracy of the information in your account and for keeping your login credentials confidential. You agree to provide truthful, current, and complete information, and to update it as needed. You are responsible for activity under your account, and you should notify us promptly of any unauthorized use.

Every therapy on US Peptides Rx is doctor-gated. Placing an order is a request for a physician evaluation — it is not a guarantee that a therapy will be prescribed. A licensed physician reviews your case and prescribes a therapy only where it is clinically appropriate and legally permitted in your state. The physician may request more information, recommend an alternative, or decline.

The price shown for a therapy is presented as physician evaluation included — the evaluation is built into the price, not billed as a separate hidden visit fee. Nothing ships without a physician's sign-off.

Prices are shown in U.S. dollars and are processed by a third-party payment processor. Where you choose a subscription or auto-refill option, you authorize recurring charges at the stated interval until you cancel, and each refill remains subject to ongoing physician oversight. You can cancel a subscription as described at checkout or by contacting our care team; cancellation stops future charges and does not retroactively refund a therapy already evaluated, approved, and shipped.

If a physician declines to prescribe a therapy, you are not charged for that therapy, and any amount collected for it is refunded. Because prescription therapies are personalized and dispensed for a single patient, approved and shipped therapies generally cannot be returned for safety and regulatory reasons. If something arrives damaged, incorrect, or is affected by a fulfillment error, contact our care team and we will make it right consistent with applicable law.

You agree not to misuse the service: no providing false health information, no using the platform for anyone other than yourself, no attempting to access another member's data, no interfering with the security or operation of the service, and no use that is unlawful or that circumvents the physician-review process.

The US Peptides Rx name, brand, content, and design are owned by us or our licensors and are protected by applicable law. We grant you a limited, personal, non-transferable license to use the service for its intended purpose. You may not copy, scrape, or reuse our content or brand without permission.

Except as expressly stated, the service is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. We do not guarantee that the service will be uninterrupted or error-free, and no therapy is guaranteed to produce a particular result. Therapies are used to support specific goals where clinically appropriate, and individual responses vary. This section does not limit the independent clinical judgment or professional duties owed to you by a treating physician.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, US Peptides Rx and its affiliates will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits or data, arising from your use of the service. Where liability cannot be excluded, our total liability for any claim relating to the service is limited to the amount you paid for the therapy giving rise to the claim. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law, including liability for a physician's professional conduct.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless US Peptides Rx from claims and expenses arising out of your misuse of the service, your violation of these terms, or your provision of inaccurate health information.

These terms are governed by the laws of [State/Jurisdiction — to be set by counsel], without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. Any dispute-resolution mechanism, including any arbitration agreement, class-action waiver, or venue selection, will be finalized by counsel before launch and inserted here.
